Role: Corporate Communications (Social Strategist)
As Associate, Corporate Communications, I was tasked with curating and creating content, managing social media accounts, and measuring our success across a variety of channels. Digitas Health’s social media strategy focused on informing and engaging three key audiences: employees, clients, and potential recruits. We promoted our culture and thought leadership, while actively participating in discussions about the industry’s most relevant topics. From Foursquare check-ins and live-tweeting at hot conferences to sharing thought leadership documents and events on Scribd and Facebook, our strategic, forward-thinking approach to social media kept the agency on the cutting edge.
During my time at Digitas Health, the agency attracted a large and ever-growing following across all channels. The agency’s Facebook “likes” increased by 283% during the three years that I managed the account, while our even larger and faster-growing Twitter following grew by more than 340%. But our social strategy didn’t stop there. Through Instagram, we shared peeks into our corporate culture, while we connected with potential recruits on LinkedIn, shared our thought leadership on Scribd, and more!
