In a sea of one-way, “institution first” healthcare conversations, Rothman Institute sought to change the tide and open a larger, more authentic dialogue between providers and patients. Rothman Institute provides more options and more answers, with clear, direct explanations that convert uncertainty to optimism. But instead of hearing it from us, we thought, “Who better to talk about the Rothman experience than actual Rothman patients?”
That’s why we introduced Rothman Ambassadors – real patients sharing their personal triumphs in hopes of touching anyone whose fear outweighs the pain they’re suffering. We gathered success stories from Ambassadors of all ages and in all areas of sub-specialty orthopaedic care. Their positive results – along with Rothman Institute’s decades-long history of innovation and research – are why more patients think Rothman first.
While the Rothman Ambassadors’ positive results changed their lives, our campaign’s positive results helped to improve the lives of even more patients. The success stories reassured and inspired others just like them, who were suffering, uncertain, and scared. They spurred authentic conversations about Rothman Institute, their best-in-class physicians, and what other patients like them can expect.
The campaign’s results spoke for themselves in less than three months, inspiring more than 100 people to share their own stories, attracting new followers, and starting conversations about Rothman Institute patients’ success that still continues after the campaign has ended.
